Helen served as a live-in carer and housekeeper at the same time. She helped patients with cerebral palsy and wheel-chaired bound clients who need assistance with day to day tasks.
Helen made her client’s life easy by providing personal care, making sure that the client is always safe and comfortable in their own home. She keeps a record of the client’s medication and takes her out to get fresh air.
Helen supported the household by ensuring that it was always tidy and neat at all times. Another thing she supported the family with was cooking meals and her dishes were something that the family really loves.
“There is no question about it that she has high standards of neatness and cleanliness. Helen looks after [the client] really well and we could never have any complaints about her. Helen is highly reliable and is always there for us.”
“It’s easy to help others when you love what you do. I love being a carer as it gives me the opportunity to work using my heart.”
