Salary: £400 to £450 per week

A busy family in Wapping seeks a full time live in care assistant to help an elderly relative move around the house. You must have a full valid driver's license to qualify for this position.

Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday, full time

Duties include:

  • organising meals as well as the groceries for the elderly person
  • organising and taking the elderly person to appointments
  • helping with laundry and ironing
  • changing bed linen and making beds
  • assisting with bathing and personal grooming
  • helping the elderly person manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
  • getting to know the elderly person and their interests and needs

The family is looking for someone who can start straight away.
