A family in West Ilsley is seeking a Part Time Live Out Housekeeper Carer to join their family. Someone who has experience working with an elderly person is essential for this role, as you will be focusing on helping an elderly person with day to day activities.

As a Housekeeper Carer, you will also be helping the family in the maintenance of the presentation of their home. The working hours for this position would be Monday to Friday, approximately 25 to 30 hours per week.

The duties of the Housekeeper Carer include

• preparing meals and snacks
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• running errands with the client
• taking the client to social events
• cleaning the kitchen after meals
• organising day trips
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the elderly manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the elderly and their interests and needs
• changing bed sheets,
• keeping the kitchen clean at all times,
• washing the dishes,
• loading the dishwasher,
• grocery shopping,
• and maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the family.
