My client is aiming to be the market leader within the luxury hospitality industry and is currently searching for a Gym Manager to assist in leading one of their most high-profile residences. This is a vital role and you will have the opportunity to grow and shape the gym/exercise function within the residency.

You will be the front-line manager and will be responsible for upholding the brand values and quality service delivery. You should be an enthusiastic leader and motivated to achieve exceptional levels of service. The role has many important responsibilities which all need to be completed to a meticulous standard.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and engaging clients whilst promoting the company's culture and values
• Maintaining excellent standards in regard to health and safety
• Providing specialist knowledge and assisting clients in their routines
• Providing support and encouragement to clients
• Be responsible for ensuring the day to day delivery of the customer experience is smooth, professional, friendly and efficient
• Work both proactively and reactively to deliver the best service and customer experience

Skills and Experience required:

• A fitness qualification and ability to teach a gym class floor
• A strong ability to build relationships with clients
• Excellent leadership skills, where you have the natural ability to lead, develop and motivate
• Excellent communication skills, including perfect fluency in verbal and written
