A family in Billericay is looking for a Full Time Live Out Carer to help them look after their elderly family member. You will be supporting the senior client to enable them to live as independently as possible with the highest standards of support and care. The Carer is required to work from Monday to Friday, full time, and half day on Saturday.

Duties will include:

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

The family is looking for someone who has a ​strong work ethic, reliable and flexible, and able to demonstrate initiative. They need someone who can start by the 2nd week of September.
