A lovely client based in Newbury, Berkshire is seeking a Live In Carer to provide personal and practical support with all elements of daily living such as personal care and food preparation. The family would like to hire someone who is patient and reliable. The working hours for this position would be 5 to 6 days a week, full time.

As a Full Time Carer, your duties will include

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

You won't have to worry about accommodation as the family will provide a spacious bedroom and bathroom for you. The family wants the Carer to start in February.
