An exciting opportunity has become available in Edgware, London where a family seeks to hire a Live In Full Time Carer who can assist their elderly loved one with daily routines and activities. They are looking to hire someone who is passionate about providing care and support in a client-centred approach. The Carer will be required to work from Monday to Friday, full time, and half day on Saturday.

Your duties will include

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

The family is seeking a candidate who is looking for a long-term​ placement. Someone who knows how to drive is ideal but not required. The family wants the Carer to start as soon as possible.
