A family in Harpenden, Hertfordshire is seeking a Live Out Carer to look after the family's senior loved one. They need someone who can work with minimal supervision, someone with initiative and passion to do the work efficiently. They want a candidate who can work full time on Monday to Friday.

Your duties as a Carer will be

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the senior family member
• organising and taking the senior family member to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the senior family member manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the senior family member and their interests and needs

The family is seeking someone who is looking for a long term placement and someone who knows how to drive as the Carer will accompany the elderly person to occasional doctor's appointments. The family would like the Carer to start as soon as possible but they are flexible with the start date for the suitable candidate.
