A full time live out carer is required by a client based in Merton to assist with their daily routines and provide companionship. The carer must be someone firm, caring and bubbly. They require someone who can drive.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 10am to 4pm and Night support: Monday, Friday and Saturday 10pm to 6am (Can be one carer to do all shifts or two carers - one for day support and the other for night support)

Duties include:

• assisting with dressing
• supporting with personal care if ever needed
• supporting independence
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable at all times
• supporting with the morning routine
• provide companionship
• prompting medication
• assisting with mobility
• getting in and out of the wheelchair
• getting in and out of the car
• assisting with using the lift

They need someone to start on the 4th of July
