We are currently looking for a proactive, organised and reliable Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing department in a position based over our two offices in Fitzrovia and Kings Cross.

About the role

This is a dynamic role which you will be responsible for assisting with all areas of marketing for both Little Ones, Guardian Carers and our Payroll department.You will be hands-on working in a team, supporting the work of our marketing manager and working on a one to one basis with our CEO. We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager individual. Someone who has a true passion for marketing and who is constantly looking to widen their knowledge of the sector. This person needs to think outside of the box and have an ability to work well under pressure.

Areas of responsibility:

• Writing reports, company brochures, blogs and marketing copy
• Creating effective bespoke content for our website, social media and other channels with a focus on driving customer/brand awareness.
• Organising presentations and client visits
• Assisting with promotional activities/ events
• Research market trends
• Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy
• Communicating with clients via telephone and email
• Understanding the company product and brand
