A Part Time Live Out Carer is needed by a family in North Watford to help an elderly person with their morning routine. The working hours for this position would be 7 am to 10 am, Wednesday to Saturday. The family are looking for a Carer who is reliable, caring and positive. The family would like to hire as soon as possible but are willing to wait for the right candidate.

The duties for this position would include:

• preparing breakfast and beverages for the elderly
• assisting them with getting out of bed
• helping with personal hygiene
• ensuring all medication is taken
• arranging social events
• accompanying them to appointments
• loading the dishwasher
• encouraging physical activity
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable at all times
• organise their daily schedule
• engaging in topics of interest

The family would ideally like you to live local to the area so the commute is short and easy. The family would also like the Carer to help with light housekeeping and maintain a safe living environment.
