An exciting opportunity has become available in a beautiful location in Chiswick where a family seeks a Live Out Part Time Carer who can assist their elderly loved one with the daily routines and activities in the house. The Part Time Carer will be required to work 3 days a week, from Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday, approximately 15 to 20 hours per week.

They are looking to hire someone experienced and passionate about providing care and support in a client-centred approach.

Your duties will include

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication
