A South Hams family is seeking to recruit a dedicated and capable Carer who can assist an elderly person in doing daily activities in a Full Time Live In role. This role offers unique and challenging opportunities bringing great job satisfaction to candidates who are looking to make a positive difference to the lives of others. The working hours for this role would be full time from Monday to Saturday.

The Carer is responsible for

• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication
• running errands with the elderly person
• organising appointments for the elderly person
• taking the elderly person on short walks around the neighbourhood
• helping with personal grooming
• assisting with bathing
• helping with home administration
• organising daily schedule for the elderly person

The family is keen to have someone who has experience with elderly care needs and looking to hire someone who is confident in driving. A great accommodation will be provided for the Carer. The family is looking for someone who can start in November.
