Meet Emilio Melella
Emilio began his career recruiting for University College Hospital and Macmillan Cancer Centre. He moved up the ranks to Principal Consultant and then brought his experience and energy to Guardian Carers as Business Manager.
Emilio is a goal-oriented person, who at the same time cares about creating close connections with our carers. Client satisfaction is also paramount to him. What motivates him every day is seeing how care can make an impact on a person’s life, seeing this firsthand in his family.

We have been providing in-home care for families for over 14 years, quality care and security have been our driving forces from the very beginning. We personally interview each carer in a face to face interview in one of our London offices where we extensively discuss experience, qualifications and obtain verbal references which we personally check. All carers placed with Guardian Carers are requested to hold a First Aid certificate and are provided with a free place on one of our Safeguarding courses. The care of you and your loved ones by London's most professional carers is paramount to us.
