Vanessa is the CEO of Guardian Carers and Little Ones, a leading UK nanny agency. Growing up in a family that has been in the care industry for generations, she has witnessed from a young age the positive impact of care solutions for seniors.
Vanessa is responsible for the leadership and day-to-day management of the operations and resources for both companies. Unlike most CEO’s, Vanessa has a great impact on many corporate areas of Guardian Carers.
She keeps a close relationship with the team, offers guidance and helps to maintain synergy within our services. Most importantly, she is building both companies to be leaders in their respective industries
